• All orders take 3 to 5 working days to be processed before shipping.
• Delivery timelines vary based on your location.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
• Glowic is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or natural events.

Shipping

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• We currently deliver within Nigeria and Ghana.
• Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. 

Returns & Replacements

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo/video proof.

Digital Products

• Digital items (eBooks, guides, planners) are delivered immediately via email or download link.
• All digital products are non-refundable.
• You may not resell, copy, or share any Glowic digital product.

Discounts & Promotions

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be used after an order is placed.
• Promotions, flash sales, and bundles are valid for a limited time and may change without notice.
• Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
